Taylor Lynn Ide, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Davis & Associates Attorneys at Law, LLC, where she focuses her practice on family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, Guardian ad Litem (GAL) matters, guardianship, adoption, and other child-related issues. Ms. Ide is dedicated to helping families navigate complex legal disputes with thoughtful advocacy, clear communication, and strategic problem-solving.
Ms. Ide earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she received the Child and Family Law Honors Certificate and served on the board of the Council for Children organization. During law school, she was awarded an Academic Merit Scholarship and gained strong practical experience through various positions at both family law firms and adoption law agencies, deepening her commitment to child-centered advocacy.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Ide worked extensively in family law as a paralegal, legal assistant, and law clerk, gaining hands-on experience in case management, discovery, legal research, motion drafting, and client advocacy in matters involving divorce, custody, and adoption. She has also served as a Certified Guardian ad Litem Advocate since 2020, where she conducts regular child visits, investigates family circumstances, and submits reports to the court advocating for the best interests of children involved in dependency proceedings.
Ms. Ide earned her Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences, with a minor in Criminology, from Florida State University, where she was recognized on the President’s List and Dean’s List. Her academic background, combined with her extensive practical experience working with families and children, provides a strong foundation for her work in family law.
Admitted to The Florida Bar, Ms. Ide remains deeply passionate about advocating for children and guiding families through difficult transitions with professionalism, compassion, and strong legal representation.
