Morgan Barber

Morgan Barber is the Branch Managing Attorney at Davis & Associates, Attorneys at Law in Dallas, Texas, where she leads the firm’s local office and represents clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Licensed to practice in both Texas and Colorado, Ms. Barber brings a dynamic and client-focused approach to her work in family and criminal law.

Ms. Barber earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2022. She also holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University (2019), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in English from University of Colorado Boulder (2017). Her educational background provides her with a strategic and analytical perspective that enhances her legal practice.

During law school, Ms. Barber gained hands-on experience through a juvenile defense clinic, where she advocated on behalf of minors navigating the legal system. She also worked as a student legal intern and previously built a strong foundation in family law as a paralegal. Early in her legal career, she served as a prosecutor, gaining valuable courtroom experience and insight into case strategy from the State’s perspective. These experiences collectively shaped her practical understanding of both the legal process and client needs from multiple vantage points.

As an attorney, Ms. Barber has developed courtroom and trial experience early in her career and is known for her ability to navigate complex legal matters with confidence. She takes pride in her strong client relationships, combining clear communication with a results-driven approach. Whether advocating in court or negotiating resolutions, she is committed to guiding her clients through difficult situations with professionalism and determination.

In her role as Branch Managing Attorney, Ms. Barber oversees case strategy, supports her legal team, and ensures that clients receive attentive and effective representation. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, the State of Colorado, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Barber enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family.
