Michael Huddleston

After graduating from Bradley University in May 2015, where he played four years on the university’s hockey team, Michael attended Valparaiso University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in May 2018.

Michael is an attorney practicing in family law and probate matters, where he is dedicated to guiding clients through some of the most challenging and personal legal issues they may face. He focuses his practice on all aspects of family law, including dissolution of marriage, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, parentage, and Orders of Protection. Michael understands that these matters are often emotionally charged and is committed to providing thoughtful, practical, and effective representation tailored to each client’s circumstances.

In addition to his family law practice, Michael represents clients in probate and estate matters, including decedent’s estate administration and guardianship proceedings for both minors and disabled adults. He also has experience in contested probate matters, including will disputes and issues involving non-probate asset transfers. Outside of the office, he enjoys attending Chicago sporting events and participating in an adult hockey league.
