A native of Corpus Christi, Texas, Kristina’s journey in law began with a solid academic foundation. She graduated from the University of Houston in 2000 with a degree in Political Science, complemented by minors in Political Theory and French. She then honed her legal skills at South Texas College of Law, earning her JD in 2003.

Kristina’s professional career commenced in the title and escrow industry with Fidelity National Title, where she facilitated complex residential and commercial real estate transactions nationwide for 17 years. During this tenure, her relentless drive led her to take the Nevada Bar Exam, obtaining her license to practice law in Nevada and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada in 2012. Her pro bono work with the Child’s Advocacy Program (CAP) through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, representing children in abuse and neglect cases, ignited her passion for family law.

Inspired by her advocacy for children’s rights, Kristina transitioned to family law, where she quickly distinguished herself as an Associate Attorney. Her dedication and skill were evident as she adeptly handled a wide array of family law cases, from divorce and custody disputes to adoption and guardianship. Her exceptional performance led to her promotion to Managing Attorney within her first year, a role in which she successfully litigated dozens of cases and guided hundreds of clients to favorable resolutions.

In 2023, Kristina joined The Schnitzer Law Firm, where she expanded her legal expertise to personal injury law, passionately advocating for injured clients and securing the compensation they deserved. Her adeptness in pre-litigation, settlement, arbitration, mediation, and trial proceedings underscored her versatile legal prowess.

April 2024 marked a significant milestone in Kristina’s career as she became a Partner at Davis & Associates, LLC, and inaugurated the firm’s Las Vegas office. Returning to her roots in family law, Kristina continues to provide empathetic and effective representation, guiding clients through the complexities of divorce, custody battles, paternity issues, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, with a particular specialization in litigation.

Outside the courtroom, Kristina is an avid scuba diver and a certified PADI Divemaster. Her adventurous spirit has taken her to some of the most remote islands around the globe, where she explores the underwater world. She also holds a Certification of Expertise from Cornell University in Shark Global Biodiversity, Biology, and Conservation. When not advocating for her clients or exploring the oceans, Kristina cherishes her time with her beloved dogs, Pete and Otis.
