Overview
Jordan T. Hager is an Illinois-licensed attorney and a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2025, cum laude). He brings a strong foundation in child and family advocacy to his practice, informed by a prior career in education as a K-12 teacher, school administrator, and curriculum professional. Jordan’s legal training and professional experience have centered on supporting children and families through complex legal challenges, with a particular focus on issues intersecting with education, equity, and access to services.
During law school, Jordan gained extensive experience in both litigation and administrative proceedings. He represented clients in a variety of settings, including advocating for students and families in special education and discrimination matters, defending parents in child protection proceedings, and supporting public employers in labor and employment disputes. His work with the Civitas ChildLaw Clinic, Chicago Public Schools’ Labor & Employee Discipline Unit, and the Cook County Public Defender’s Family Defense Unit provided him with a well-rounded perspective on the legal system and the diverse needs of the clients it serves.
Jordan’s combined background in education and law allows him to approach family law matters with both legal precision and practical insight. He is committed to guiding clients through sensitive and often high-stakes situations with clarity, empathy, and a focus on achieving fair and effective outcomes.
