Elizabeth Fay

Elizabeth Fay is a dedicated Family Law Paralegal at Davis & Associates, Attorneys at Law, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she provides critical support in complex divorce, custody, and financial matters. Originally from Wisconsin, Elizabeth brings a strong foundation in legal studies along with a detail-oriented and analytical approach to her work.

With almost four years of experience in the legal field, Elizabeth began her career focusing on Estate Planning before transitioning into Family Law. She is highly experienced in managing discovery, organizing financial documentation, preparing exhibits, and ensuring matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with Nevada procedural rules.

Elizabeth graduated at the top of her class from Madison College’s Legal Studies program, where she was actively involved in Mock Trial, further developing her advocacy skills and passion for the legal field.

Outside of her professional commitments, Elizabeth enjoys cooking and baking, as well as spending time engaging in creative hobbies such as painting, knitting, and crocheting. As an outdoor fanatic, Elizabeth also enjoys swimming, fishing, and boating, carrying a bit of her Midwest roots with her to the West Coast.
