Overview
Daphnne Wheat is a family law attorney at Davis & Associates, where she is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters with compassion, professionalism, and practical guidance. She earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University, with minors in Philosophy and General Business Administration. Daphnne was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma after successfully passing the February 2025 Oklahoma Bar Examination.
Before joining Davis & Associates, Daphnne gained valuable legal experience working in the District Attorney’s Office, where she spent two years handling criminal law matters and juvenile deprived and delinquent cases. That experience strengthened her courtroom advocacy skills and provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal challenges facing individuals and families. Combined with her background in psychology, Daphnne brings both practical legal experience and a thoughtful, client-centered perspective to her family law practice.
Known for her straightforward approach, Daphnne believes that clear communication is essential to effective representation. She takes the time to explain each step of the legal process, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure her clients understand what to expect so they never feel caught off guard. She is committed to providing honest advice, diligent advocacy, and practical solutions that help clients confidently navigate difficult transitions.
Outside the office, Daphnne enjoys watching sports, reading, and taking road trips to explore new places.
