Ashley Barnes

Ashley Anne Barnes is an attorney focusing her practice on family law. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Assistant State Attorney for Florida’s Twentieth Judicial Circuit, where she gained valuable courtroom experience and worked with victims and families facing difficult circumstances.

Ashley received her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law and holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Anthropology. Her background in litigation and psychology provides a strong foundation for helping clients navigate the legal and personal challenges that often accompany family law matters. She is committed to providing practical guidance, clear communication, and thoughtful advocacy while helping clients move forward with confidence.

Having lived in Southwest Florida for more than 30 years, Ashley is proud to serve the community she has long called home. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and is a member of the Collier County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar.
