Allison Leonard

Attorney Leonard began her professional career as a third grade teacher in Tampa, Florida. After two years, she chose to pursue a legal career and moved to Charleston to attend law school in 2021. During law school, Attorney Leonard was an active member of Women in Law and If/When/How Society for Reproductive Justice. She served on the executive boards of both of these organizations. Additionally, Attorney Leonard was qualified for the Dean’s List based on academic achievement and graduated in May 2024.

Upon taking the Florida Bar in 2024, she began working with Davis and Associates as a law clerk in both the Orlando and Miami-Dade offices. After passing the Florida Bar, Attorney Leonard began working as the Managing Attorney of the Tampa branch of Davis and Associates. Even while gaining experience in Charleston, Orlando, and Miami-Dade, she knew she wanted to bring her knowledge and insights back to the Tampa Bay community.

Attorney Leonard now hopes to bring her knowledge of family law matters to the community she calls home. She has experience in dissolution of marriage, paternity, and domestic violence matters, as well as termination of parental rights actions. She hopes to be a voice for those who need it most, and to help her clients navigate emotionally complex and heavy matters.
