Overview
Alexandra Maiolini is the Managing Attorney of the Fort Myers office of Davis & Associates, where she leads the firm’s family law practice for Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, and DeSoto counties. She represents clients throughout Florida in complex and high-conflict family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, paternity actions, parenting plans and timesharing disputes, child support, emergency motions, domestic violence injunctions, and post-judgment modifications and enforcement proceedings.
Ms. Maiolini attended Fordham University in the Bronx, New York, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics Interdisciplinary with minors in Accounting and Psychology. She then moved to Florida to attend Ave Maria School of Law. During law school, she served as both an Associate Editor and Notes Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review and studied abroad at Oxford University in between her first and second years.
She graduated cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law and is licensed to practice in both Florida and the District of Columbia.
Before focusing her practice on family law, Ms. Maiolini practiced in insurance defense litigation, where she gained litigation experience handling depositions, mediations, hearings, and complex civil disputes. This background gives her a strategic litigation approach and strong trial advocacy skills that she now brings to family law cases.
As Managing Attorney of the Fort Myers office, Ms. Maiolini oversees family law matters across multiple Florida counties while leading a team of attorneys and support staff. She regularly assists clients with thoughtful global resolutions to matters involving parenting disputes, financial issues, and high-conflict dissolution of marriage matters.
