Overview
Abigail, who was admitted to practice law in Illinois in 2021, has spent most of her time as an attorney practicing Family Law. She completed her bachelor’s degree in History at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland in 2017 before earning her Juris Doctor from UIC Law School (formerly John Marshal Law School) in Chicago in 2021.
During her time in law school, Abigail concentrated on International Human Rights Law and spent three years as a student clinician in the school’s International Human Rights Clinic. Abigail credits her time spent in the clinic as making her the empathetic, caring, and focused attorney she is today.
Abigail has helped clients with a wide range of domestic matters, such as divorce, custody, child support, guardianship, civil domestic violence issues, and multi-jurisdictional cases involving the Uniform Child-Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act.
