Rachel Chang

Ms. Chang is a Florida-licensed family law attorney who guides individuals and families through complex legal matters with a strategic, solutions-oriented approach. Her practice focuses on family law, including dissolutions of marriage, paternity matters, prenuptial agreements, and estate planning such as wills. She is committed to resolving emotionally sensitive issues efficiently while maintaining clear communication, thoughtful risk assessment, and practical case management.

She also brings experience in residential real estate development in Central Florida, including involvement in development and construction processes, which informs her understanding of business operations and long-term planning. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism, with a minor in Political Science, from Florida International University. Before practicing law, she worked in journalism, including presenting NFL news for a Miami Dolphins program, strengthening her public speaking and bilingual communication skills.
