Aimee Garces Niser, Esq.

Aimee Garces Niser is an Attorney, where her practice focuses on family law-related matters, including child support modifications, dissolution of marriage proceedings, adoptions, as well as Florida probate, guardianship, and estate planning.

Ms. Niser received her Juris Doctorate with honors from St. Thomas University College of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Florida International University.

During law school, Ms. Niser served as the President of the Moot Court Board and represented St. Thomas University in prestigious competitions, including the American Bar Association National Moot Court Competition, the Florida Robert Orseck Competition, and the National Moot Court Competition. She also held the position of Senior Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review Honors Organization.

Ms. Niser’s legal experience began long before she attended law school. She worked for many years as a file clerk, legal assistant and paralegal in law firms practicing in a wide range of areas, including civil litigation and corporate formation since she was sixteen years old. Having served in nearly every role within a law firm, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the legal process and a strong work ethic to her practice.
